Printing Methods
Most of our personalized paper products are printed using thermography, which is a process which provides a beautiful raised lettering effect. If you prefer engraving, letterpress or calligraphy, we offer these from Encore Studios, Elite Custom Creations, and Cest Papier.
Envelope Addressing Service
Our calligraphy and envelope addressing service is available for all Encore envelopes. Each full set of envelopes includes a guest name and address on the front of the outer envelopes guest names on the inner envelopes, and return address on the back outer envelope flaps. You also have the option of purchasing outer or inner envelopes separately.
Sales Tax
California residents will be charged sales tax of 9.75%. No sales tax charged outside of California.

Corner Copy - no charge
Black and white e-mailed proofs - $7.50 each
Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Payment is due at the time your order is placed.
Security/Payment Processing
We use "VeriSign", the industry standard to provide protection for your credit card information. When you place your order, you will be directed to a secure site. Your credit card number will be encrypted for safe transmission. We DO NOT store your credit card number after your order has been completed. You will need to re-enter your credit card every time you make a purchase. Your privacy is respected.
Changes and Cancellations
Changes and Cancellations
Due to the speed at which many of our orders are processed, changes or cancellations are not always possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. If an order must be changed or cancelled, we will do everything possible to accommodate the request, however, once an order has been placed into proof production, a 10% re-stocking/typesetting fee and proof charges will apply.
Proofs
Black and white e-mailed proofs - $7.50 each. A proof is a black and white reading copy of the text you submitted in the lettering style of your choice set out the way it will be on your stationery items. A proof IS NOT an actual invitation printed in color. Encore Proofs are usually ready within 6-9 business days.

Please include your name, shipping address, and item number in your email request. Your sample will be sent via first class mail, so please allow time to receive your order. Most samples arrive within 7-10 business days. Rush samples are available for the cost of expedited air shipping.
